About me

My name is Eleanor-Rose Barr and I have studied psychology and counselling for a number of years, I am fully qualified to a level 4 diploma in counselling and I am a member of BaCP governing body. I love to learn, this not only means continuing studying counselling and ways to help my clients but also learning about each client as an individual.
I follow the person-centred approach which means the focus is on the individual. Their experiences, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. You are the expert on yourself and I am with you to support and help you to help yourself, to explore the person you feel you are and the person you want to be. I will provide a calming and safe environment in which you can speak freely without fear of judgement.
